How can I track my order?

After an order has been shipped you will be sent a tracking email with a link to track your package. If you do not receive this email please give us a call at any of our 3 locations.

How long will it take my order to get here?

Sometimes certain products are not available in our stores so we are fortunate enough to be able to special order these items directly from the brands. An important note: Every shoe brand in America is currently working with 1/3 to 1/2 of their normal staff due to social distancing guidelines so unfortunately shipping has been extremely delayed. Due to this, orders are taking around 5-7 business days to PROCESS at some warehouses. This is an issue that we are aware of but unfortunately have no control over. Once an order is SHIPPED it should take between 3-5 business days for it to arrive at its destination.

I want to return my purchase what do I do?

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you experience any discomfort or dissatisfaction with any product purchased at our stores please let us know within 45 days of the original purchase date. Whether it’s worn or unworn, box or no box, we want to know about it and make things right.

I recently placed an order online but haven’t received any tracking information?

Once an order has been placed you should expect to receive TWO emails. First, a confirmation email that your order has been processed and second, an email that you order has been shipped with tracking information. If you have not received any tracking information after 5 days of placing your order please give us a call at any one of our 3 locations.

I recently purchased an item in store and was told the item was being ordered, what does that mean?

Sometimes certain products are not available in our stores so we are fortunate enough to be able to special order these items directly from the brands. Similar to an online order we will email or call you when your order has been processed and shipped.
